Jewelery thieves caught by Capture CCTV cameras

CCTV footage of the theft of thousands of pounds worth of jewelry has led to the identification of criminals targeting a local jewelers in Henley-on-Thames, and is now being used by police to help prosecute the perpetrators.

Not usually known as a hot spot for crime, local businesses in Henley and across Oxfordshire have increasingly become the targets of shoplifters and organized criminals operating across quieter town centres.

This general increase in burglaries and shoplifting incidents have put business owners on higher alert, with many now installing CCTV and other security measures for piece of mind.
